Article 1: Application and Acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by SiamCrown, located at 236 Soi Luean Rit, Chakkrawat, Samphanthawong, Bangkok. By proceeding with a rental, customers explicitly accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Article 2: Operating Hours and Return Policy
SiamCrown operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily. All outfit rentals must be returned by 6:00 PM on the same day of rental. Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in Article 7.
Article 3: Rental Process
Customers must provide valid identification and contact information when renting outfits. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the rented items.
Article 4: Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Treating rented items with care and respect
- Reporting any damage immediately
- Using items solely for their intended purpose
- Returning items in the same condition as received
- Adhering to the specified return time
Article 5: Condition of Items
All outfits are inspected before and after each rental. Customers should check items upon receipt and report any existing damage or concerns immediately before leaving the premises.
Article 6: Damage and Loss
Customers will be held financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear or loss of rented items. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally as necessary.
Article 7: Late Returns and Penalties
Returns after 6:00 PM will incur a late fee. Extended delays may result in additional daily rental charges and potential restrictions on future rentals.
Article 8: Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of rental. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht and include all applicable taxes.
Article 9: Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time to receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to partial charges.
Article 10: Liability and Insurance
SiamCrown is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of rented items. Customers are advised to ensure they have appropriate personal insurance coverage.
Article 11: Image Rights
SiamCrown reserves the right to use photographs taken on its premises for promotional purposes unless explicitly refused by the customer in writing.
Article 12: Personal Data Protection
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with Thai data protection laws. Information will be used solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Article 13: Disputes and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangkok courts.
